I do not recommend this company, after almost 3yrs of really no contact except the first I called twice but wasn’t able to talk to anyone about my case, the next thing I knew they settled my case, last yr I had to sign for a check but now just like last I’m still trying to figure out how did No Stress Claims ended up with more money than me I got 9,000 they got 8,500 and the 1,000 check I had to send them in the beginning that they cash about 7 months later. Some other peoples I know didn’t have a good experience either but I will leave it to them to write their own review, I do not recommend this company and would never use them again

Absolutely recommend this team of consummate professionals. Their dedication to fighting for my case was validation that my insurance company was not doing the right thing. I had a great experience with No Stress Claims and although I don’t “hope” to need them again, I am comforted knowing they’re the first team I will contact in the event of any other situations involving insurance, and I am beyond grateful for their efforts and support.

Wow! We all have to purchase insurance for our homes, businesses and properties. We have for years just accepted the insurance companies adjuster reports, thinking that they are fairly quoting the value and cost of the loss or damage to property. I decided to have No Stress take a look at the insurance adjuster’s report and No Stress found that not only was the insurance company’s adjuster being unfair, he was using a quote from previous years and that resulted in my loss being cheaper than the actual amount necessary to restore from my loss. Great experience! My adjuster took care of everything. It took a little time with them working back and forth with the insurance company but they were able to get us the money needed to replace our roof and to fix all of the issues caused by the hurricane.

They seemed like they were going to do a great job and get me paid. We were wrong. No stress came to Texas to make people think they were helping and bailed. No calls. No responses. No nothing. They left with a signed contract that guarantees they get paid after my claim clears. I have had to be in communication with my insurance company to find out what is going on with my claim. My claim has been closed and I was given a letter saying that I was overpaid from TWIA. I have attempted to communicate with Ruban, who I believe is the owner, and all I hear is My lawyer is looking at it. That was 17days ago. Still nothing. Not even a call giving me some type of update. I would not recommend this company if you live outside of Florida.

I have been requesting a final accounting of expenses/payouts associated with my claim for two years…and have received nothing. Until they can account for every penny I will not edit/adjust my review. My adjuster was unreachable, unresponsive, and honestly rude during the mediation to both myself and my insurance company.

Be aware, they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

I was perhaps the first reviewer for No Stress Claims, but my review has since disappeared. I'm happy to re-type it below, because the service was so exceptional. Here's hoping that Google doesn't remove it again!

Shane from No Stress knocked on our door after Hurricane Sally.

We had been through the wringer with three different claims adjusters who had mostly just ignored us or sat on the claim. I was furious and Shane was 100% committed to getting us out of the cycle. He checked out every inch of our home, despite our damage being limited to outdoor structures. The carport had collapsed on our vehicles, the privacy fence was down all over, and the power box was damaged. Shane checked for water spots, loose shingles, cracked siding, and anything else that the storm might have caused.

We'd never seen anybody so thorough!

Within short order, he had us free of any obligation to work with the company who had been sitting on our claim for 6 months. He was taking over the whole thing and keeping in touch with us at every step of the transition, the inspection, and all other parts of our claim process. It was a huge weight off my shoulders while we were trying to find contractors. I was able to clean up and make repairs, not stalk adjusters on the phone all day.

When the time came for mediation, Shane let me know how the entire process worked, told me who I would be speaking with, and had me prepped for the whole thing so that mediation was done and over in just 15 minutes. What had taken 6 months to collect dust on somebody's desk was settled for far greater than the meager $1500 that our insurance company was willing to offer. We still have a little bit of that money sitting in a piggy bank and all of our repairs are completed - we would never have been able to cover even the power box with the initial offer from our insurance company.

It's all right there in the name: No Stress.

If I ever need to deal with my insurance company again, I know who to call.
