I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of communication I have experienced in relation to my claim. It has now been two weeks since I last heard from your team, and I have yet to receive a follow-up from the assigned adjuster, as well as the manager or supplement manager overseeing my case.

Given the importance of timely communication in the claims process, I find this situation quite concerning and very un professional. It is surprising to encounter such a level of unprofessionalism, especially from a company of your standing. Effective communication is crucial, and I had anticipated a more proactive approach in addressing my concerns.

Not responsive. Literally have to call them multiple times a day. Not responsive to voicemails or emails. They don’t return calls. Manager also not responsive. It took me 2 months to chase this company down for an update on my claim.

As a contractor they will never speak to you. As an insured...they will never speak to you.

Good luck! The best way we've been able to get claims processed is to call your agent. Outside of that no one answers their phone. The agent will keep having you try to reach ARI...but they are unreachable.

Wow, I have never as a contractor had such a hard time reaching the adjuster for this claim. I have called multiple managers and left voicemail many times and to no avail. All I can say is turn and run the other way. This insurance company is straight garbage. As a contractor I will never work with this insurance company again.
