One of their customers did not yield came into me knock me slap across the road I want airborne I have been calling them for 3 days I have been nice I've tried to be patient when you're sitting at home no return calls no calls to let you know what is going on you cannot get a car and that was your only vehicle and your family works out of town and your mother-in-law's had a stroke and you cannot get her medicine or anything for her and you cannot pick up the medicine that the doctor from the hospital called you in you have no way these people don't care I wouldn't recommend them

Auto Claims - not such a good experience.

NC Farm Bureau Insurance, I highly recommend.

I had a wreck Dec 20th. I understand it was just before the holidays but the communication with the adjuster on my claim was terribly slow. At one point I called my agent to complain and it didn't help.

Always got voice mail and return calls were next day or two days or four days over the holiday. Emailing was no different, very long waits for replies.

They WERE polite. Just very slow.

It took a total of 15 days to get the go ahead and information I needed to tell the repair shop to go ahead and fix my car.

I thought I'd be without a car for a week or two but because of the slow handling of the claim, it was a month.

I'll definitely rent a car if I have a wreck in the future, not knowing how long it could take.

Horrible customer service. I was in an accident where the party at fault had this insurance company it’s been the worst experience l. So far I’ve done all of the work to get things going and get my car fixed the adjuster Sydney was rude and left me stranded at the collision company after they deemed my car underivable due to the accident that was not my fault! I had to have my teenage son leave school to come pick me up and drive me home because she hadn’t done her part of the claim and refused to get me a rental. We reached out to her boss to tell him of the events who then cared more about telling me that he needed to speak with the other party about their premium going up like that’s any of my business. I had Farm Bureau years ago and left because the service was awful. I see why for sure now! Save yourself some time and energy and find a different company!

I would not highly recommend this company. They are not paying there bills on time for the Body shops. We gave the car back to the customer and still have not received our last payment and it is well over 20 or more days. We are just getting the run around. Now they are telling me again the check is in the mail.
