We went with Marianne as our property manager in Jan 2022. Why? This review by Gaurav G stood out for me "Marianne has been managing our rental property for over 5 years. She is awesome ... nuff said."

So once I read that, I had to meet with Marianne. My wife and I met with her and another property management team. What's crazy is that we met that other team that day, and we were blown away. I told my wife, "Marianne has to blow us away to choose her over the other team." But even before the meeting, I was texting back and forth with Marianne, and we had so many things in common with what we expect of each other with the service, her previous residence of living in San Jose and now in Contra Costa, so I felt like a match made in heaven (cheesy as it sounds).

I saw Marianne's expertise, be it as a property manager, giving us tips on what we need to prepare for the house rental, the electrical of the home, etc. Marianne is one stop shop; our home needed clean up inside, the landscape outside, and some handyman work to install the washer and dryer as the drainage was broken. She helped take care of all that and got us the best service pricing. Owning a home is scary, and renting out your home to strangers is terrifying, but when you have a property manager who is a straight shooter, all that anxiety goes away, and I can set it and forget it. We love Marianne!
