Spoke with Mike twice. He was rude and unprofessional. He complained about the claim and stated several times "I'm so over this claim" me too dude, me too.
Waited for weeks on a refund check. Left several voicemails asking for a return call about the status of the check. Never received a call back but ended up finally getting it eventually. Hope to never have to work with this company again. Highly unprofessional.

Harrison is one of the most professional people i got to work with
As soon as i opened a request ,he was in my house in less than 2 hours
he did all the best he can to help me with my insurance claim ,he has great communication skills.I definitely recommend him and his company for any insurance claims

Worst ever. No clear chain of management which allows adjuster to get personal and ignore your concerns and questions. They act as if they don’t care about your checks being on time. They do not provide important information to you concerning your injuries.
