I was disappointed with this company. I asked numerous times for them to email me the correspondence they sent to my insurance company and they failed to completely do. They received my insurance check and they failed to notify me they had received it. And they had people come over to my house without giving me a heads up.

However after bringing my extreme dissatisfaction to their attention they have been striving to improve.

The condos I manage who sustained hurricane damages from Irma were delighted to see that Northside Adjusters was able to achieve great settlements with their insurance carrier in their behalf.
