This review is for my initial meetings with Nuclaim, Inc (Amir Zaman). We did not ultimately enter into a contract with each other due to specific factors. I respect Amir's attention to detail, business integrity, genuine concern for human beings, generosity with his time, and generosity with his resources. I also respected his openness to feedback (like a list of items to review before meeting and making the most out of time with clients; maybe also explaining the why behind questions). In the aftermath of Derecho and/or any other storm headed our way, I feel he and Nuclaim can provide you with the tools you need to get the maximum work done. The entire process can be stressful and feel intrusive, however, I feel that Nuclaim will treat you with dignity and respect. As someone who has worked on all sides of his respective industry, I believe Amir has the industry knowledge and attention to detail to help you succeed in a challenging process.
