Oakleafe were a huge help to us over a 2 year period dealing with an escape of water claim with a non-co-operative insurer and 9 months out of our home. It really helped reduce the stress involved, knowing that experts were dealing with things for us. David and Scott helped us manage communications with the insurer and the tradesmen, and successfully navigated a claim to the financial ombudsman for us. David in particular was a calm voice in a very stressful period for us, and was always available. Highly recommended.

I used Oakleafe to successfully take forward a complaint with the Financial Services Ombudsman after our insurers turned down a claim relating to flood damage. It wasn't a quick process and without Oakleafe's technical knowledge of process and policy as well as a precedent established by a previous Ombudsman decision, it's unlikely we'd have got a positive result.
The company definitely offer value for money and I'm happy to recommend them.

Many thanks to Christine Purvis at Oakleafe. My insurers were refusing to repair after water damage at home. From first contact Christine was available online, phone, and came to meet me in person. Explained the process clearly, explained any costs clearly, and helped me to feel like I was getting somewhere. I am now waiting for claims company to repair my house after hard work from Christine and the team at Oakleafe.
