Staff is unprofessional talks bad about renters they had the nerve to keep my full deposit they are no longer on Petit ave now they are off of market… they had shut my water off majority of the time, for no reason they Jerry rigged, all the problems that the so-called fixed slum lords never want to fix an issue in the apartment cobwebs, mold, rodents, roaches they didn’t do anything to keep the pesticide and rodents out of the apartment the pest control came out and said that they had to fumigate the apartment and Oaktree Property management didn’t want to pay the money. The older lady in the front office it’s very rude. She’s short and stocky. Is very unprofessional. Oaktree property. Termite worst property management there so rude and unprofessional their whole crew is bad. They don’t deserve any stars

Sketchy company do not waste your time they do not response to email, calls, or text. Do not care about renters I’ve reached out several times to get my meter number to pay my PG&E and no response. They will literally let u be in the dark without electricity as long as you pay the rent.

Unprofessional and they don’t care if your place needs repairs. They will ignore you for almost a year and lead you on pretending they will get things done. If you withhold rent they will try to evict you instead of fixing the issue. They are the worst slums ever ! The office staff does not care about their tenants only when you will pay rent. Don’t rent with them or do business . They have mold , bugs and ignore water leaks.

I have been using Oaktree Property management to manage my property for over 15 years and they have provided excellent service! They always take care of any problems with the property very quickly and appropriately and they also find reliable tenants in a timely fashion! In the 15 years of renting- our unit has been empty for less than 3 months!

In 2009, I rented my very first apartment on East Center St. with this awesome company when they were located off of Seaward Ave and then in 2016 I rented a apartment on East Ramona Street and both times the staff were extremely helpful.O.P.M always made me feel special as if I was a part of a family rather than just another dollar sign. The two sisters beautiful smiles and positive attitudes made renting with them a joy I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to live. Thank you Oaktree Property Management for always being there for me and my family.

Sadly this property company is low tier in quality. The staff at the window for one is one of the least friendly and most openly-annoyed that I've ever met. The experience with the property though, they didn't give us the mailbox key and instead gave us some random key. The walls weren't even clean, several screens on windows were broken and punctured. There was an ant infestation since before we moved in and they didn't bother to fix it despite us pointing it out during our first visit. Overall not worth it to come to this property management company, try somewhere else.

Mr. Snyder and his team have been very professional, knowledgeable and approachable in handling all tenants' issues. Mr. Snyder is exceptionally experienced with property management operation and overseeing projects (remodeling / addition) and resolving issues with the City. I strongly recommend Oaktree Property Management!

My overall experience with Oaktree Property Investment and Management was excellent!! I was short in time in finding a place, but never gave up. I went online hoping that I would find a place to call home and all hardwork paid off. Thanks to Oaktree and wonderful staff I have a nice place to come to and that l can call home. It's wasn't easy, but Oaktree was with me every step of the way and I thank them for that and appreciate their professionalism.
