The Board for Villas at Worthington did not fully understand all components of our insurance policy for the condominiums. Elizabeth and Dylan sat down with us and we went over every detail. As insurance is the most expensive cost for the association we felt it was very important to understand the policy and make sure we were covered but not over insured. I would recommend O'Connor Insurance as they shop the best policy for us and are very knowledgeable in areas that we are not.

April 16, 2024 I spoke with Katie King regarding several concerns/questions regarding our policy. Katie was very knowledgeable and patient in our discussions and email response. We have been with Farmers since 2004 and have had nothing but great customer service....Am also giving a shout out to Mike Raftery, Personal Account Manager who has been great to work with in the past as well. I definitely would recommend O'Connor's Insurance for any of your insurance needs.
