I walked in to get insurance about 2 years ago. This insurance lady introduces her self to me. Her name is Nadia. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Always professional and very kind. She helped me transfer a vehicle into my name. I'm In there paying my auto insurance bill every month. I have been with them for over 6 years. I have had the best customer service from Odessa Insurance! They were so great to me when I had a hit-and-run accident happen to me this past fall. They coordinated all the service and transportation needs I had while the vehicle was being repaired. Five days ago I leased a brand new 2017 car and just called them to find out about the insurance coverage on my older car, and come to find out the car dealership hadn't taken care of getting insurance for my new car! The customer service I received from Viktor Nagirniak and some crucial information he provided about trading in my out of state license plates was invaluable. They gave me a great rate and great service. I highly recommend them.
