I have been with State Farm for many years and since Odette Aghabegians has taken over I can honestly say the service has only gotten better. Her whole team is great! They really try to keep the rates low with different programs like the "Drive Safe and Save" which keeps things low if you don't drive too much -- (I am fortunate, I work close to home) They always remind me to give them my dashboard recording. Odette is great! She is on top of things to help her clients in a conference call if there is a need to put in a claim -- and really cares by asking you to call and let her know how things are going. I am very impressed by the whole office.
