I’m hung up on phone calls. Reps are rude! Can not get my address corrected. So many letters since buying a new car, all different amounts. Numerous calls to correct. I still have to call again. I’m now researching new insurance companies. I’m just tired of all the inconsistencies.

They keep sending me letters that I have to buy insurance through them for the car I purchased for my son. We took a loan on it from our Credit union, and had full coverage on it since we acquired the vehicle. Our insurance is full coverage with a low deductible, from the same insurance company that I have been fully insured with for 35 years. They have threatened to have $1200 tacked on the loan balance, plus interest, even though we have supplied proof of insurance several times to the bank. Ohio Indemnity are crooks. I will be reporting them to the state insurance commissioner's office, and the credit union to the state banking regulator.

I have insurance and have had insurance on my car and I just got a notice that I have to pay them for the car that I bought at Burns Ford of York due to me not having insurance! I'm livid! What a crook!
