I was hoping to get insurance for a rental property I own from them. After multiple conversations, I was requested to submit tons of documentation to go to the property and take a bunch of photos of the exterior electrical panels, etc. After I sent all this information spent a couple hours working on it. I never heard back. I followed up and never heard back again.
It's tough right now to get multiunit coverage, but that's no excuse for having prospective clients jump through a bunch of hoops and then just ghost them.

These guys are the best! They take care of my renter's insurance as well as business insurance and worker's comp for the business that I run. I merely have to pick up the phone and it's handled. That and good rates are what I need, and that's what I get from O'Kane & Tegay Insurance.
