I can not even begin to describe my family’s true gratitude and appreciation for Omega!! I had used a previous public adjuster as well as a property attorney prior to using Omega and let me tell you honestly what a mistake I made by not using Omega first. It has been 2 years of absolute hell since hurricane Ian with the Insurance Company and the previous adjuster and attorneys. I was at my end and did not know what to do. I talked with my friend from Ohio who is a contractor and through his contacts he found Ken Clark at Omega adjusting. Within minutes of my friend finding Mr Clark he contacted me and made an appointment and was at my property in the next day or so with his team. As I should be I was very skeptical as everything we had been through he put my family’s concerns at the highest priority and truly expressed and explained everything in detail of what they could offer. They went through the house took pictures and documentation of everything they are very precise in their work they do and have the most current knowledge and tools available. And as someone with my guard up very high and don’t really believe online reviews trust me this is a honest whole hearted review after being through the worst 2 years of our lives. My insurance company was forcing a appraisal and was told by my past adjuster and attorney just to drop it because you will spend a lot of money and will not get even close to that back. Keep in mind my first adjust owns another business but the point of that go with a company with experience and knowledge in this area not one to support your coffee shop. This process was painless and very fast. Ken kept me updated throughout as well as Selena and Scott. I never had unanswered questions. When I called they always picked up the phone no matter day or time. The appraiser they used was absolutely amazing and his knowledge and expertise was impeccable. And they recovered was almost 9 times what the insurance company paid out originally. If you are in the Nashville area, then you have got to have Kris Rossman represent you. He is a fighter, this one! I had fought and appealed the insurance company for almost 9 months before I was introduced to Mr. Kris. He took a look at what i wanted and took on my case. He worked until he was able to get a fair settlement from the insurance company that was more than I was expecting or could hope for! He is a fair, honest, and upfront guy that keeps in touch and updates you on his progress. It may take some time (insurance companies are a pain that way) but he will definitely not give up and take care of you. I will work with Mr Kris any day! You have to have him represent you!

This is the before picture of my roof, and People’s Trust Insurance determined it could be repaired for less than $2000. When they sent their adjuster out to look at the roof, the adjuster told me he was putting in for replacement. But the desk adjuster still determined it could be repaired, and it didn’t need replaced. She even told me to re-nail the shingles from the ground back on the roof.

I attempted to deal with the insurance company on my own, but could not get anyone to respond to a call or an email. I signed with Omega Public Adjusting, and they were able to get Peoples Trust to pay for the new roof (23,000). If you are having trouble with homeowners insurance covering what is listed in the policy, I highly recommend using Omega Public Adjusting. Chris and his partner Ken are excellent. They kept in touch with me throughout the process, and checked to make sure I had received the payment for the roof. They really made this an easy process, and signing with Omega Public Adjusting was the BEST decision I could have made when trying to deal with the insurance company.

Our roof was badly damaged in Hurricane Ian. Despite having multiple roofing companies confirm that the roof needed to be replaced, Progressive Insurance insisted that we only needed to replace the 20-year-old tiles (which are no longer in production.) They issued a check for a small amount of money to cover the expenses. After months of fighting with them, we hired Selena at Omega Public Adjusting. It was the BEST decision! Selena took on the battle with Progressive and was successful in bringing us a fair settlement that covered the entire expense of a new roof! He walked me through the entire process with ease, made sure I got everything done in a timely fashion.
