I had Alejandro and Only Plans And Consulting LLC help me out with a Tornado claim. Alejandro and team did a wonderful job despite a very difficult insurance carrier. They were able to navigate through the almost intentional delay tactics and denials. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alejandro and his team as one of the best public adjusters you could hire and wouldn’t hesitate using them again !

If you're looking for the review to help make a decision on whether or not to use this company then look no further. They handled all my needs and communication to ensure my claim was dealt without any stress on my part. Even when my insurance sent out an engineer to validate any damages Ian was able to pull through get them to acknowledge that I in fact was due on getting my repairs covered. They answered and explained any questions I had and were a blast to work with. I can not stress it enough that these are the people you want in your corner when dealing with claims and such. Couldn't be happier.

Only Plans Claim is an AMAZING! In the midst of my life being in turmoil Krystal, an awesome representative with OP, was patient, thoughtful, communicative and knowledgeable during our entire communication. Ian was extremely helpful and responded to any questions I had. He helped navigate through the whole insurance claim process. It was definitely a long process because the insurance company was being difficult. Very glad he handled everything and got my claim funded and closed.

Worth every penny! We were recommended to Only Plans through our contractor on an insurance claim that we knew could be a challenge from the start. Ian did an excellent job of fighting for us and for the necessary repairs. He guided us through the process and communicated every step, he also was able to work with our odd schedule which was helpful.
He made sure the insurance company was held accountable and called out their attempts to get out of part of the claim many times. I appreciate the advocation for us as homeowners and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a PA.
