I had a laptop that would not let me past the start up screen but it had all my daughters baby pictures on it and I needed them off. I couldn’t figure it out on my own but Mike was able to do it within 24 hours of me calling in! Their price was great and the customer service was even better. Highly recommend!

I gave Kevin and Mike my project of uploading 17,000 photos and hundreds of videos from my cell phone and onto my laptop categorized by year. They were friendly, patient with me(I’m not computer savvy), and very knowledgeable. Kevin was project manager and did an excellent job with an enthusiastic attitude . He even hand wrote out all my steps to take when accessing my photos. I am completely satisfied. OVCSI, also known as Computer Paramedics, is a privately owned, long established business in our community with an excellent reputation and can handle on site, all your computer needs. They have also expanded by going to businesses to meet their computer needs. I highly recommend them.

I walked in with my brother's laptop which was completely locked up and required a 14 digit code which had been lost. Using my brother's gmail account the staff was able to send my brother a code via text in order to access his account remotely. They stayed on the phone with him and walked him through the whole process. They were able to unlock and clean up the laptop which I picked up the next day! The $90 bill was more than reasonable. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Highly recommend this company. I brought my laptop in after getting the blue screen of death. They were able to restore all my data on my laptop when I thought I lost it all. Mike was kind, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable . The entire staff was friendly and very personable.
