Jose at Orange auto is amazing! He gave me a
GREAT deal on my car insurance. I have also reached out to him for event rental insurance and he has been extremely helpful. The office is perfectly located on Foothill in the Starbucks shopping center, super accessible since I come from Morro Bay. I have referred my friends and family to Jose and they are all extremely happy with his service. I enjoy coming into the office to make my payment just because Jose is that amazing!! Don't even bother with other insurance offices in SLO because the best deal will be at Orange Auto!

Orange Auto Insurance Services is the best place to get affordable car insurance. Jose Fernandez is friendly and very very helpful. My brother and I met Jose about 7 years ago, when Jose was working for another company. We were always impressed at Jose's knowledge and kindness. Whenever we had a issue or question about our car insurance, Jose was there to help. He never made us feel like we were interrupting his day. A few months ago, my brother and I were told that he wasn't working at that company anymore. We were sad but we thought we could give a chance to the new insurance broker. We expected the same kindness, friendliness, and welcoming that were used to receiving from Jose. She was not friendly at all or even helpful. A couple times she made us feel like we were interrupting her day. We couldn't stay with that company any longer because we didn't feel welcome. We were SOOO LUCKY to find Jose again. Jose welcomed us cheerfully into his new company, Orange Auto Insurance Services. We switched our car insurance, so Jose could be our agent, without hesitations. The process was fast. Jose was able to spend adequate time with us, answer our questions and we were able to get the best deal on our car insurance. Just recently, I got into a car accident. Jose helped me make the appropriate phone calls. Jose goes above and beyond to help his customers. I highly recommend, Orange Auto Insurance Services. Jose has and will, have our business because of his kindness, knowledge, and helpfulness.

Over the years I have owned different vehicles. Jose always manages to make finding an insurance policy tailored for your specific needs at the best price possible. The folks at Orange Auto are always very friendly and exceed all expectation with their customer service, it's almost like you have your own agent on speed dial. The best insurance in the county. Has the best prices and service super nice and chill guy. Have had this insurance for years and it’s truly the best. I’ve had trouble with filling out dmv papers and registering a car to my name and then take them to him and he’s able to get everything sorted out and walk you through the process then within days it’s all done. If you need auto insurance this is the place to go to best service and prices 🙏🏽

Outstanding service here with Jose, he does a great job and really knows his stuff. My car was keyed really bad, I called José and he took care of everything. My car was in the body shop within a couple of days and they kept me updated on the progress. My car was left looking brand new!
