They are the worse insurance company I have ever worked with. They dont return calls not even from the doctors. They barely answer the phone. I never recieved the check they supposedly sent out. It took them almost one month to reissue the funds. I rather go back to work with my injuried hand than to deal with this company. Midwood ambulance has this type of insurance for their workers. They make getting hurt more of a nightmare than it already is. They really dont care at all for their employees. Thank you for a miserable experience Midwood and Oriska.

This is the worse insurance company in the world i promise you they refuse to settle out but also can barely send the payments out that are suppose to be sent out very unprofessional in my personal opinion they really don’t care about the people how have I been out since June of last year just recently got approved for physical therapy and to be 100 % honest NOTHING has changed !!

SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN THEY’RE HORRIBLE

I was injured 8/25/14 at work. I suffer from 2 large right shoulder rotator cuff tears. My doctor says that the only option I have is surgical repair; for which I am still waiting approval for from the Oriska Insurance company. Also I have not been able to work due the pain in my right shoulder; and in this pass 2 months I have only received 2 worker's comp checks. I have called and left many messages for my case work without any return calls from her. I write this out of pure frustration and pain. I am at the pain where the pain medication is barely working and I am tired of taking it. I never thought in all my life I would ever beg to have surgery but now I am. Please HELP ME, PLEASE. I have researched my situation and one of the people on worker's comp have the worse outcome and now I am seeing why. Just from the delay in treatment.
