Natasha and Jonathan were great They came out and saw what was going on before I had to sign any documents, which no one else wanted to do. Got my claim started with the insurance, they negotiated and got it covered! Communication was also great. Would use them again and highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Nate from Orlando Public Adjusters. He was very responsive and guided me through my water damage claim thoroughly. Nate made sure I had all the information and support I needed to maximize and get the MOST from my claim. Although I hope not to have another claim (fingers crossed), I would definitely return to Orlando Public Adjusters if I did . Highly recommend!!!!!

Jonathan, Natasha, Nate, and everyone else that helped me with my roof claim were absolutely wonderful to work with!! They navigated the process with my insurance company and all the bits and pieces involved to get the insurance to pay for my roof replacement due to the hurricane. I highly recommend Orlando Public Adjusters and their expert team. Owner and senior adjuster Jonathan Young is a responsive and empathetic leader. Public adjuster Nate Mayer is exceptional with interpersonal communication and conflict management. Natasha Barrera has excellent administrative acumen and genuine kindness.
