Patti Kidwell helped me open a savings and checking account around 3 weeks ago. She absolutely was so knowledgeable and helpful that is was unreal. She gave me CD information and gave me great information on exactly all ORNL FCU had to offer. I was in and out in under 10 minutes to open both accounts and has a debit card in hand. That was with her answering a few of my questions and providing me with helpful information. I highly recommend her for your banking services. THANK YOU PATTI FOR MAKING SUCH A LASTING IMPRESSION AND GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY TO BE SO HELPFUL!

I will never bank with such an evil bank . Someone tried to send me $250 and ORNL the woman's name is Gabby froze my on line banking and other Things.Besides that bank Manager from this bank lied to me,and. to top it off I have horses in Spain and I have to get blood tests done. on them to get them ready to fly out. Not only did they suspend my online banking the suspended my money that I was sending to the vet to do the tests. Lucky I found a better bank one who doesn't treat me like dirt. I don't recamend that to anyone not even the devil himsrlf

I love my Credit Union! I just worked with Karen Coffey in the LaFollette office with the mortgage department and I am so happy with the level of service provided. 7 Title, 7 Insurance, and 7 Mortgage worked together and closed my loan in less than 30 days! Thank you ORNL FCU!
