They let my insurance lapse even though I gave them my credit card number over the phone twice and mailed out their form with it on there for payment. Please keep a copy of everything and any emails because they do not keep anything on record. I didn't even realize it was canceled until I went to make a claim today, the first one since 2009, when the property was switched from my dad. A follow-up telephone call would have been excellent customer service before cancellation to see if I still needed it or if they could find me a different policy if that were the case. Not a thing. A lot of bills hit my card, not just them. Never had a problem with any other vendor.

I've used this broker for over 3 years. Initialy i worked with an agent in the west plains office that was attentive and professional. As soon as she quite the experience was drastically different. I've probably tried working with every agent at this office including the manager hoping to get someone with a service attitude and an attention span longer than 3 seconds. The last two years they've been unbelievably incompetent and unprofessional. I really tried to give them every opportunity to show some professionalism. I finally started calling the actual insurance company adjusters to investigate what I suspected was a bunch of nonsense the manager has been telling me. Between talking to adjusters and moving my policies to another agency I've confirmed these people have been lying to me and structuring policies to be more expensive than nessesary. I'm very disappointed with the dishonest and disrespectful conduct of this office. Everything from getting names wrong on policys, tacking on coverages that don't apply or weren't asked for and just plain ignoring requst to adjust policies as needed. I wouldn't recoment this agency to anyone but if you use them look over everything they do to make sure you're not getting scammed. If you find something wrong don't expect them to fix it no matter how clearly and politely you adress it. Just go somewhere else!

Interested in obtaining insurance but had Subway for lunch first in a lot adjacent to the building. A white truck ran up on me aggressively and asked "is everything alright?". I said "yeah, having lunch". It certainly deterred me from seeking their services in the future.

I have not done anything but ask for a quote and it was $1000. Per 6 months . I have a perfect driving record with no points or accidents or tickets so I chose AARP’s Hartford Insurance for $424. Per 6 months. Quite a difference huh?
