My personal experience with Pacific Specialty has been just AWESOME I could not have asked for better service. I truly was impressed and surprised, I expected to have to fight to get the damage fixed including removal of OLD asbestos related products; as my home was built in 1957 … HOWEVER; not only did I NOT have any issues; but CAROLINA and JASON made the entire process seamless and easy to navigate …. They were very good about communicating all the related issues and coordinating all the people necessary to FIX all my issues. They answered ALL my questions and gave me great service, along with fair helpful information regarding who does what and how to take care of the many underlying issues in the Claims process. They were upfront and honest with me about all things including pricing and covered items, and I appreciate that a great deal. I knew what to expect and when, at all times. And they made every effort to get this done quickly so i could get back into my home as fast as possible ….. a HUGE THANK YOU to all who worked on my claim and assisted me. GREAT PEOPLE and I would not hesitate to RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Your treated well here.

Awesome insurance company! I recently had my carport replaced, due to heavy winds, and from the first call to Pacific Specialty Insurance, to the last email...all I received was great service. Chelsea Renfree and her team, were very efficient and thoroughly explained how the process worked and what i could expect (no surprises). They and answered honestly, whether it would take longer than expected, or not. I appreciate how they gave me realistic answers versus just telling me what i wanted to hear. I am very pleased at how everything turned out.

My husband and I are the original owners of our home so we decided to upgrade and had a complete remodel inside and out. We had a great contractor and fortunately no unforeseen problems during the process. Everyone could not believe the transformation and commented that it looked like one of those home show reveals. THEN...16 month’s later, ( on my birthday...yeah ) we heard an explosion...we had water showering down from every light fixture and ceiling vent in our home. Our sprinkler system blew in the attic and flooded the house even though my husband raced to turn off the water main. We called our insurance (Pacific Specialty) and they immediately helped us with processing our claim. We have had other insurance companies through the years with other homes in other states however this is the first time I can actually say, without a doubt it truly was a hassle free process. From relocation, remodeling and returning...we were treated with respect and professionalism throughout the entire process. We just could not have been treated better. There is just no comparison to experiences we have had in the past with other insurance companies...I’m sure a lot of you can relate...Anyway life is back to normal and even though my birthday was memorable...having Pacific Specialty as our insurance company was a gift in itself. I want to send a huge SHOUT OUT to Casey Forster for always returning phones calls, emails and text in a timely manner and treating us with such professionalism, respect and kindness. My home is one of many that was consumed by the camp fire in Butte County. From the very first call I made to file my claim, the process has been as painless as possible. The gentleman who took my call was compassionate, and reassuring. I was contacted within 48hrs by my claims rep, Chelsy. I cannot say enough about her! She explained everything in great detail. She was sensitive to my situation, and understanding of my concerns. She never made me feel like I was just another client. She offered answers to questions, I hadn't even thought about yet. She sent me a payment before they could confirm the home was gone, so that I could get the things my sons and I needed. She put me in touch with the field adjusters, Jeromy and Casey. Both were fantastic. I spent a whole day with Casey at my property, where he did his job, took pictures and video, but then dug through the ashes with me. Helping me look for treasures possibly spared by the fire. He kept me laughing, through all the devastation. And started processing my claim as I drove us down the hill. The next day, Chelsy called to give me the good news. And explained the letter I'd be receiving in regards to payout amounts. She then also forwarded the letter to my email so I'd have reference. I cannot say enough about this company. Pacific Specialty Insurance has been incredibly professional, and heartwarming. I would recommend them to anyone, and everyone I know! Thank you team!

I have been a customer for almost 10 years and never used my insurance once. Then the storm damaged my roof and they refused to cover it. They said they excluded the roof from my policy. I’m speaking with the adjuster, I asked how that could be excluded from a home policy without consulting with me first, to which she replied they should have had that conversation with you. Well they didn’t! The rep was nice but I spent $15,000 for insurance since I bought the house, and now they just tell me to go pound sand! Terrible service. Terrible company! I understand they don’t want to pay out on some claims so they can be profitable, but this is ridiculous.
