I am a customer who has recently had the opportunity to interact with your team member, Jason, during the claim process.
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service that Jason provided. His assistance throughout the claims process was invaluable, but it was his actions beyond the call of duty that truly impressed me.
When I was dealing with an invoice from a restoration company that tried to overcharge me above what the insurance agreed to pay and went as far as putting a lien on my house. Jason went above and beyond to help me address the issue. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to documenting all the necessary evidence were commendable. I am certain that his diligent efforts made the case indisputable for that company, and they have now settled the invoice as “PAID” without any extra money from me or your company.

CAUSED MY INSURANCE TO BE CANCELLED - National Insurance Inspection Services and Pacific Specialty Insurance was provided with the wrong phone number by my insurance broker for me so they never contacted me to arrange a day and time for the inspection. Since I live in a gated community, they need the gate code to access the property. Meanwhile, a couple of weeks later my insurance broker informed me that my insurance is at risk of being canceled if the inspection isn’t completed within two weeks—despite a holiday falling during that time. I called the Pacific Specialty back, they said they would request another inspection. A week later I called the insurance company again and they said they could not move the cancellation date back and that they were waiting on the inspection company. Even now, the inspection company hasn't reached out to schedule the inspection. Due to this lack of communication and urgency, I will be canceling my policy with this insurance company.

Harassment until they can find grounds to drop you.
After being insured by this company for more than 20yrs without a single claim, the company started a policy of harassment with threats of cancellation.
It began with an inspection where the company finds minor issues around the property and requires you to fix. After several rounds of fixing and returning pictures to document, the inspector finds additional issues. The final round, the inspector cited leaves on the ground from a small 6ft tree that had dropped in the fall season.
My house is kept in good shape, and I cannot understand why they are harassing me and others who I can see in this forum. I can only guess that they don't find my policy profitable or they want to get out of CA, so they will harass you with minor issues until they can find a reason to drop you

If I could write a lower review, I would. This is the first poor review I've written in my life, but they are worth warning people about. They make repeated demands for improvement, do not explain clearly the improvements needed, do not have flexibility for improvement deadlines, do not own the mistakes their agents make. One example of several experiences is that I've spent thousands for repairs for the wrong section of my house, due to their error. They did not extend the timeline, as I thought I had addressed their request, nor did they compensate in any way of course. I have no idea why Allstate would partner with them, as their Better Business Bureau rating is the lowest. I am pulling out of all coverage with them and Allstate as a result. I wish better for you.

They will leave you high and dry. I reached out to them to discuss adding a rental to my policy and they dropped me before even talking to me. They saw boxes against a wall and a crack on my sidewalk? If I hadn’t reached out, they would have let my policy run out without a warning - and this after several years with zero claims. They don’t deserve your business. They don’t care about you as a customer or a person. Be advised.

Had a burst pipe leak on the back of my shower. Submitted a claim with Pacific Specialty and both Chelsea and Jordan were on it. The claim process seemed daunting with so many parties involved, but Chelsea was there to guide me every step of the way. Although it did take a few months to get everything fixed, I was happy with the final results. I'm glad that Chelsea & Jordan approved a fair amount for the repairs. Will definitely be renewing my policy and recommending to family and friends.
