I suggest that T-Mobile's management be more careful in selecting individuals for managerial positions and representing your business. In this store, it's not just me who had a bad experience. In fact, it's the first time I've seen so many adverse reviews from numerous people. This isn't against T-Mobile. I've been to other stores where the service is excellent and the people are nice. But here, it's horrible!

Worst fools in the industry. Never missed a payment raised my rates from $195 which was already extreme to $280. They don’t want customers. Plus you will receive a cancellation every month instead of a receipt for on time payment.

My vehicle was hit while it was parked while I was attending an event. So I called the police and supposedly they got the info for the person liable so I decided to file a claim with Pac Star. After speaking with the claim examiner Brian Cinnamon he suggested for me to pay for my own damage which I have it in writing. I try to speak to a supervisor and was not successful . I would not recommend this insurance to anyone. They are a fraud because they cover for their customers even though they are at fault. Their excuse not to pay for damage to my vehicle was that they we not able to contact their insured person which is a lie because if the person is paying for their insurance they should be able to contact them by mail . Or cancel they insurance to see how their insured person reacts. I'll be happy to provide evidence that what I'm saying is true with pictures from the vehicles license plate and letters that I received from Pac Star and mister Cinnamon.

This is hands down the most unprofessional insurance company full of inept dummies you've ever seen. Been 3 weeks since one of their high risk drivers hit me. I've called every day average hold time is 40 minutes. I'm sent numerous emails. None of which have been returned. John cerrone the agent assigned has returned zero calls. I've never talked to him. I'm guessing he's a fake agent name. Half the time you call they transfer you to a line that hands up on you. These perlite are the worst at what they do. Good luck even as I write this I'm on hold for 40 minutes. Only to talk to a woman who was unhelpful and couldn't pass on any alternative numbers besides John's apparently dead phone line. This company is a damn joke.

Canceling this insurance. Using them for a current claim on an accident that was not my fault and PAC Star has done absolutely nothing and can not even answer the phone. My agent does not respond and his supervisor
does not respond as well. It has been two weeks and my car still has no window and no plan to get it fixed. You are better off with no insurance then using PAC Star. Safe your money it is a scam.

My car is ready to pick up but this company did not cooporate. Until now my car stuck on repair shop. For 1month until now spcially the agent name frank Cseke is not a good agent.
This company insurance sending early monthly payment. but to help a costumer is very very bad

They make it so difficult to pay the bill. Can't call on weekends and the online don't even work where you are supposed to register. If it is that confusing to pay a bill and give them money I don't want to know how hard it will be if you actually needed to file a claim.
