My husband and I highly recommend PacWest Restoration. Our project was a water damage rebuild. Matt, Chad, and their team were absolutely wonderful to work with!! Everyone was super friendly and did an excellent job. Any time we had a concern they addressed it right away and the project manager (Chad) lined up the work so efficiently that they were done with everything in 2 weeks. One of the most impressive things was how CLEAN everyone was. With construction there is usually a lot of dust but each person cleaned up after themselves and the drywall team even wiped down the floor covers with a wet sponge when they were done. At the very end of the project they even sent out a professional cleaner to make sure they left our house extra clean! We are so happy with our experience with PacWest and that we have found a company we trust. We hope to work with them again on future home remodeling projects that we have planned.

FANTASTIC experience. I’ve worked with many contractors in my homes throughout the years and it’s almost always a nightmare. Not this time! PACWEST was the most professional and competent company I’ve worked with in years! They kept me informed daily as to what they did and what comes next. And they kept to their time schedule from the very beginning. They never left my home without it being as clean as possible during the restoration. They respected my belongings and my home, as well as myself and my pets. From precise demolition, to totally new renovation, I couldn’t have been happier with the services. I tell all my friends and family to request them if they ever need remodel work, because they’re so good at what they do! No one paid me or requested this review. I just believe it’s difficult to find quality very easily in this world today, but when you are fortunate enough to find it, share it and shout it out. We had a house fire and although the actual fire only took a portion of the house the smoke damage took the rest. We were pleased with the work PacWest Restoration did to rebuild our entire home. Their team has great attention to detail, kind, they provide valuable suggestions on designs, they were professional and timely with the projects. And, they kept us informed throughout the process!

PacWest was excellent in helping us after a water leak caused damage to our home. We had water and mold damage in multiple areas. We appreciated how quickly and efficiently PacWest came to our rescue. Angie worked with our insurance company to help us get started quickly in remediation of the water and mold damage. The restoration crew including Jeff, Greg, Drew, and Ashton (there were others-our apologies for not listing everyone) were professional and easy to work with. Greg was especially adept at knowing when to independently solve problems or check with us if he needed more input from us. We will not hesitate to call PacWest if we need assistance in the future. Our home is one of the hundreds with trees in or on them. We called PacWest on the day of the incident. There was no rain only bitter cold ice and wind. David sent his "tarp team" who evaluated our neighbors' tarping work. We were put on the schedule and the team arrived before the torrential rains began. The "tarp team" led by Emmanuel was fabulous! Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and effective. PLUS, he is a very friendly welcoming individual.

David met with us after the tarping and we found him to be very knowledgeable about the entire process of reconstruction to the upstairs area where the tree went thru the roof. We will be doing the reconstruction with PacWest Restoration so will continue to update our evaluations. Everyone in the company has been honest and dependable.

On 9/19/24 construction was completed. Each and every aspect of repair was done by a team of professionals who were knowledgeable, honest and friendly. It was a true pleasure to know that each team was top notch!! We cannot say enough about PacWest's teams and their work! Thanks to each and everyone of them as well as the management team. Highly recommend!!

PacWest Restoration was wonderful to work with and we’re incredibly thankful for everything they did for us. Prior to them coming in to mitigate and restore our property after significant water damage, we spent almost two years dealing with unavailable general contractors, incompetent sub-contractors and rude tradesman only concerned about how quickly they could do the job. We finally got the kitchen we were dreaming of and just a few short months later our main bathroom on the second floor had a burst water pipe causing extensive damage to the bathroom and the newly remodeled kitchen below! This is when we called in PacWest Restoration. Within hours of placing the first phone call, their teams were on our property mitigating the damage and protecting our property. We contacted our insurance, proceeded with our claim and got the ball rolling toward restoration within a few days. The insurance process ultimately took a few months and while the delay was not ideal with a young family, it gave us time to work with PacWest to order replacements for everything in the bathroom that was damaged. Once we had our insurance money PacWest got started and they were nothing short of wonderful. Dave and his whole team were extremely kind, considerate, honest, and a pleasure to work with at every step of the way. We were so pleased with how things were going that we decided to gut the whole bathroom beyond what was destroyed by the water damage and remodel the whole thing. Not only that but we asked them to remodel our kids’ bathroom as well. As homeowners who have never been through a home insurance claim before this, having PacWest walk us through the process and make us feel supported every step was invaluable and we are forever grateful. We highly recommend PacWest and their entire team! Thank you, Dave and crew!
