I was referred to Joe from a close friend after realizing the extent of our damage from Hurricane Ian. We were completely overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Joe stepped in and got the ball rolling for us, he was at our house within an hour of calling him for the first time. My wife and I were lucky enough to meet Joe when we did. It was shortly after Hurricane Ian and we were in a nightmare dealing with getting our home repaired and fighting with our insurance company. From the moment we started working with Joe he immediately took charge of dealing our insurance company, he handled everything. He explained everything we needed to know and answered all of our numerous questions, he was always available for us and took the time to lay out the entire process and what he was doing for us. We felt completely comfortable the entire process and could not imagine ever going through something like the again without Joe on our side. If you are ever in a situation after an accident or major storm and are dealing with insurance companies, do your self a favor and get Joe involved immediately!!!
