When hurricane Ian struck our area and left us with an enormous amount of damage I put my faith into thinking my insurance company would make us whole. I followed all the procedures to submit my claim and waited to hear back from them. Months later and after multiple unreturned phone calls I received a letter stating that my damage was less than my deductible. I had substantial damage that far exceeded my deductible and tried calling again without response.

After Hurricane Ian my insurance company estimated the damage to my beach house to be $100k, not nearly enough to cover the damage. I was referred to Mendy with Panther Public Adjusting and also worked with Moshe. They were very responsive via text, email and voice and proved to be stunningly well equipped to deal with the bureaucracy of the insurance system. Their fee of 10% of any negotiated additional settlement was well worth it as they were able to secure an additional $481k in damages!
