Thanks for allowing me to comment some on my agents work. She has worked tirelessly for us on this policy that we just got completed. It didn't start there though, she first started try to get me insured months ago. She never got aggravated once even though we decided against the first policy. She then took us to mid market because of a large job we had to do that was going to be many stories above the three story we currently went back to. So she spend so much time on this, plenty of calls made past her work hours, which I can tell you when you find someone willing to do that for you company, you know they are dedicated. After she got us a mid market quote which would have covered the job we needed it to. Upon waiting on us to get the contract signed, she went back to them two different times for an extension. Which made things worse when it came to our attention it may be more than a year before this job would get a green light, so I Backed out of that policy. Thank GOD above she still did not give up on our company. She then went and got us a third insurance estimate which was put into effect today. As long as our company is in business which with GODS help will be a long time, we will do business with your company because of her. I am not sure who her supervisor is but this lady deserves a raise because no one would have put up with what I put her through. Your company is very fortunate to have her there working.
