This State Farm office is superb! I worked with Sarah on an almost daily basis for a few weeks, tweaking policy changes and adding a new vehicle. She was consistently prompt and professional. I recently contacted my insurance agent to report a broken windshield and need for replacement. By the time I arrived at the repair facility, they had already received authorization for the replacement and registered no small measure of surprise that my agent responded so personally, quickly, and unreservedly. I simply handed over the keys, waited for my windshield to be replaced, and signed the fully-covered service form. My claim was handled promptly, efficiently, and completely; an experience that gives me great confidence that my agency is standing with me when the coverage and services for which my premiums have paid may be needed. They may not be the least expensive insurance option, but they have thus far proven to be worth every penny.
