Lass is terrific helping me today with the roof inspection. Not only he is very professional, but also he went above and beyond to explain what I should be doing, even helping me talk to the insurance company to explain the situation. He was very patient, and kind. I wish all inspector are like him!

Just wanted to thank Dan Burrow for his professionalism. He did a re-inspection on a hail/wind damage claim for us. I don't even know the outcome yet, but I was impressed with his thorough inspection of our property, his prompt arrival and returning calls when he said he would. He also got his report into my adjuster very quickly! He was personable and friendly! He truly listened to our concern and need for the job to be done asap due to a pending sale/closing of our property and went out of his way to get us rescheduled when rain delayed the inspection twice, and came on a Sunday. All of which is much more than the previous 2 inspectors I worked with! Great job!

If I could give less stars I would. JC the inspector notified me about an hour before his arrival time via text and I let him know I was at was unable to make it. I was at work, but I had my roof contractor there to meet him. He left after 2 minutes because he wanted me or my wife to be there to see the damage. He did not let me know so I could have left work. There was only exterior damage so he did not need to go into the house. My contractor offered to let him in but he refused. He could have showed me in pictures because I nor my wife is getting on the roof. Weather at time was not a factor either. He then told my contractor that he would return one day next week. No courtesy to call or text to me. I only found out from my contractor after the inspector left. Very unprofessional. I called my carrier and was given another inspection company. I did not want to continue with this company because I could not trust that my bid would have been appropriate due to retaliation because of my complaint.

This is not a reliable nor trustworthy company. The representative did an inspection on my home last week to find the roof damage caused by the recent storms. The representative declined to come into my home so I could show him the area of the leak and did not go into my attic to inspect. That said, an inaccurate report was sent to my insurance company and I was told they couldn't find any roof damage. I had a roofing company come out today and the guys were professional. One came inside to look at my ceiling where the damage is and went into the attic and found the damage immediately. Do not use this company. If I didn't know how to proceed, like some people don't, I would have let it go. Very disappointed!

Jacob Taylor was extremely unprofessional, and did not perform his duties properly. He showed up four hours late. My Roofer had waited for him for two hours before I called Jacob and was informed he wasn’t gonna be there for a couple more hours . He wasn’t even going to let me know he was late all probably in hopes of my Roofer not being there when he arrived. When he finally arrives four hours late, my roofer showed back up to try to work with him so all damage could be properly identified. Jacob wouldn’t even say a single word to my Roofer or acknowledge his presence the Roofer attempted to talk to him multiple times, but after being ignored he had to leave. I have this on my security camera footage. Jacob also only identified half of the damage to two sides of the roof when three sides of my roof was damaged. They intentionally try not to work with your roofer, and they intentionally do not identify all damage. This company is nothing short of criminal.
