The insurance people at the is office is very disrespectful and I don't want to deal with them no more ,these people send me a letter ask to add someone they think is in my household my name is Dillon and they asking me about a man name Smith I didn't respond to the letter cuz I think they would not do as they wish without my consent.now they went ahead and add this person to my policy and been taking money from my account for this person. When I called and was trying to find out how such thing happened this lady started to raise her voice on me and hung the phone up in my.so now it's in the hands of my attorney's. I have no.pics rn so it's not letting me pass here without a pic so am just gonna put something

Filed our 1st claim less than a yr ago. Our claim experience was the best I have ever experienced. Most was handled online, and process was very simple and fast! No unnecessary phone calls, no hassels, and car was repaired in days, not weeks! Great rental experience, all taken care of by Allstate claim services. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Home and auto coverage is way to much. I changed auto insurance cause I found it way cheaper. I have spoken with Paul to see if he could get his price to what I am paying and he couldn't. Told me my home insurance would go up when it was due cause I didn't have auto with them,well they went up on my home before the renew date I guess he wanted to collect before I change ins. cause he couldn't tell me how much it would be till it was time to renew. I will be changing who I have for Home and Auto insurance with.for sure... expensive Insurance found here..
