We had an issue with a Safelite windshield repair. They damaged our truck and wouldn't fix the dent they caused with the "repair arm". I called Windi at Paul Ricattos's office and asked her advise. Within a day, she had called Statefarm, Safelite and even contacted the Safelite District Manager personally, and our dent was fixed immediately!! Now that's a company and employee going above and beyond! We have been with Paul Ricatto for over 40 years, and every time we have had a problem with any claim, this agency stepped in and took care of it. This is the best agent in the business.
