This office took care of our home insurance for almost 20 years. Never needed them for a claim....but our rates were reasonable and steady over all those years . no one else would insure our mobile home property. Paul WIlkey and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and quick. They helped me find the right insurance for me and somehow saved me more money by finding other insurances (i.e. rental, multi car, good driver). I worked with Paul at BCC. This man is untrustworthy, and I would not buy anything he has to sell. If you still want State Farm go else where, this man does not have your best interest when it comes to helping you.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, this is the worst agency. They have no customer service at all. If there is an issue with your policy they do not reach out to you as a customer and try to solve the problem. I would not recommend anyone here.
