I recently had a claim and Jordan was very helpful, he informed me at each stage of what I needed to do. I have a disabled son and this was an added stress I did not need if I had been solely doing a claim myself. We unfortunately had a mains water leak beneath our house floor. This caused extensive damage. We handed over dealing with the claim to Declan.
This removed stress from us and thanks to Declan we received a substantial insurance settlement which will cover repairs and redecoration.
I have no doubt that without his independent assessment of the damage and efforts on our behalf, the insurers would not have been as generous.
In short if you need to claim on house insurance get an independent loss accessor - get Declan.
