Wow, Bruce Peterka saved us during filing W-2's at such a critical time....! He was patient and kind over the phone as he walked me through the tedious steps of filing this for a non-tech savvy kind of person. I initially emailed him and called; he responded moments later and sounded like a warm but competent voice. It is obvious he has years of experience, and genuinely cares about his clients. He followed up the next day as well to make sure my flustered self was still on track. Phenomenal service all around, thank you Bruce!!

My cpa recommended this company to import my data from qb desktop to qb online. They did a terrible job. All of the ending balances were wrong, which meant the beginning balances in qbo were wrong as well. Paid this guy thousands and had to rebuild 4 years worth of books.

Now these guys are trying to deny any wrong doing and say theyve reached out to understand the problem when they have not! And YES, we've paid this company thousands. Google will not let me reply to their response so Im editing my review. Looks like theyre trying to deny responsibility for another customer.
