Everyone I met at Peak Finacial was pleasant and very professional. Every aspect of my comprehensive retirement income plan was presented in easy to understand terms with graphs and computer screens. After every meeting my Wife and I fully understood what was being presented and why. Every question was answered fully along with all pros and cons considered before we made any decisions. There was never any pressure to make a commitment and I felt, if I had the inclination, I could have walked away at any time with a free retirement plan in hand. I did a lot of research online, on the radio, read books, and took classes from other fiduciaries. Peak financial is a top notch company. We have been client's of Dan and Peak for approx. 4 years. I've been with Peak Financial Freedom Group for close to five years. When I was about to retire I sought their professioal advise on how to mange and consolidate a significant number of pension accounts and investments. Many of were in aggressive funds that placed me at significant risk for a market correction. I already incurred a big loss in my portfolio in 2008 and did not want that to occur again. They developed a mutually agreeable financial plan and blueprint for our future financial security. The revised portfolio included a diverse mix of stocks, bonds, annuities, and cash. Reached out to Randy K about reviewing my situation and he was great in getting back to me but then after sending all info to him I had to reach back out every time. He said he needed to meet with Dan but never did get back to me. I reached out again and no answer. I was eager to see if doing business with this group was a possibility and with the lack of communication it surely is an indication of what it was going to be. Communication is huge even if it is not a good fit for business at this time. This definitely dampens working with this group in the future. Truly disappointing.
