City sewer backup and caused my crawlspace to flood. City/Public Works admitted it was City of La Mesa fault and we have a cell phone video of the event happening in real time. Within 2 weeks of claim got a generalized denial letter with no explanation.

I will be contacting higher officials such as dept of insurance and doing some research on this. There is no way you can be licensed.
Very unprofessional I would not even try to get anything but away from these scam artist.
