There is not enough room to say all the wonderful things about Perry and Associates!!! I was having trouble with the insurance about replacing my roof after damage. Jason stepped in and took all the stress and worry away. He dealt directly with the insurance company and I didn’t have too. He explained everything to me along the way and had my best interest on the forefront during the whole process. He was kind and so willing to help. I have a brand new roof that I love and no leaks because of his awesome knowledge and help!!! Don’t stress yourself with dealing with your insurance, call Jason!!! Working with Jason Perry was amazing. I was pulling my hair out about a denial letter from my insurance company and didn't know what to do I called Jason and he put my mind at ease. It took him 2 days to get a letter prepared and sent out to my insurance company and made sure to always communicate with me and in less than 3 weeks I was approved to get the work done that was needed. I’m dealing with a large tree that fell onto my house, and a huge claim. Jason has been a Godsend managing all the details, numbers and processes- and helping me understand things. We had what we thought was continuous coverage for our home when we switched carriers. Even though the new Insurance company did an inspection after we claimed hail and verified that damage was present across most of the roof they denied the claim by stating it must have happened under coverage by the previous carrier. They used every and any excuse that they could, even contradicting themselves repeatedly. The previous carrier then stated that there was no hail during the tail end of their coverage and they had done an inspection after a previous hail storm showing no damage. So denied repeatedly by both carriers even though hail damage was acknowledged and our coverage was continuous. When they stated there was no further avenue for recourse we contacted Perry and Associates. They investigated, collected data, mapped a course of action and took on the Insurance companies. Within a week we had an agreement for full payment! Jason did a great job and turned a hopeless situation around 180 degrees and got our claim paid in full. We highly recommend Perry and Associates if your Insurance Carrier wrongfully denies a claim. (in this case two of them!)

Allstate originally was going to pay less than $3k for hail roof damage but Perry and associates fought on multiple occasions to get what I deserved and got me a check that covered the cost of the entire roof plus over $20k more for additional damages caused from the faulty roof. The processes took a few months, but I didn’t have to do anything, they took care of all of the dirty work. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Bravo to Jason Perry. House flooded, insurance adjuster low balled us to where we couldn’t even get the half the floors damaged replaced.
