I can’t say enough about Brendan Devine. We initially were told we did not have a claim ( we had a soot puff back ) and everything was basically covered in soot. Brendan came in and examined our home and determined it was definitely had a claim. He went to work right away and dealt with the insurance company and kept us advised of every step. I am so appreciative of his knowledge and professionalism. He made the process smooth and seamless. I highly recommend Petrocelli Pubic Insurance Adjusters.

The day I walked into the house and saw water pouring from the ceiling my heart sank. Beyond calling my insurance company I had no idea what to do.

Petrocelli Public Insurance Adjusters and more specifically Chad Bishop and Sue Sirois were by my side through the year long process. Chad dealt with the insurance adjuster using his expertise to negotiate a far larger settlement than I would have got on my own. He was able to recommend a contractor to do the reconstruction work. I have no experience with any of this and was in panic mode when I reached out to them.

Sue handled the paperwork and explained the process to me. I am thankful to have had their guidance these past twelve months. The house is rebuilt now and look beautiful.

How do I begin to thank the folks at Petrocelli. I had a boiler fire at my home. My insurance company was only offering a small amount of compensation for the repairs. A friend suggested I hire a personal public adjuster to help me navigate through the insurance reimbursement process. I made a call to Petrocelli, Chad Bishop came out my house to meet with me and assess the damages. Chad was so helpful, I immediately sign a contract to hire him. He then took over the process of dealing with the insurance company and hiring cleaning services and all the other aspects it takes to get my home livable again.
