They have a policy not to pay any incident happen to seniors in LOMCO properties in Southern California. Don't bother to talk to their hired adjuster no matter what they claim no fault and then give runaround and nickel and dime you until you quit. DO NOT GIVE UP TAKE THEM TO COURT.

Several weeks ago, I experienced my first 'collision' in over 30 years. I was rear-ended by a commercial vehicle while I was stopped in traffic. I had a lot going on at the time and was not thrilled at the prospect of spending a lot of time getting estimates, repairs, etc.

My experience with Apryle at Philadelphia Insurance was fantastic. Most of it was via email so I was able to deal with it when I was available. She was professional and her communications were clear. They accepted my first estimate (from Caliber Collision), wrote to check to me, and paid for a rental car. The repair was approved in less than 24 hours.

When some additional damage was identified after the bumper was removed, Apryle quickly approved the additional parts and labor, allowing my car to repair in a timely manner. The person at Caliber Collision said it was one of quickest approvals he had seen (and mentioned some specific auto insurance companies that sometimes take 2 days or more).

I hope I can go another 30 years without an accident, but if I have one, I hope I am not at fault and Philadelphia Insurance covers the other party!
