A pipe bursted in my apartment. Unfortunately this was not the first time My friend suggested that I use a public adjuster and she referred me to Jason Greenberg at Phoenix Public Adjusters Group. I shrugged it off thinking I can deal with the insurance company on my own like did before, not having to give a cut to an adjuster. When life began to get overwhelming along with dealing with the clean up and the added stress of dealing with the insurance company, I relented and contacted Jason. From start to finish a sense of relief was lifted off of me. Jason handled everything. He was not only an adjuster, he was a shoulder to lean on. Jason was fabulous…professional, kind, patient, efficient. He took the initiative to have my plumber meet us at the house when my insurance company adjuster came. Jason went over all the details, MUCH more thorough than my insurance company agent. He kept in contact all the way through. He sent his guy to do a detailed report…and I mean DETAILED!!! My insurance agent didn’t even look at the things that he pointed out and put in his report.
