They did everything they could. My situation was perfect for Phoenix. My house caught on fire – but only a section of the house. It was clear that I wasn’t going to max out on my insurance as most of the house was in good shape. I spoke with my insurance agent immediately and he told me what he thought that I might get reimbursed for after looking at the property. I didn’t think that the amount he mentioned seemed fair – but this never happened to me before and I didn’t know what to expect. When Phoenix arrived at the scene – they knew exactly what to do. They were so hyper-detailed that they let me know things that were wrong with the house that I didn’t even know about. Let me keep this review short by saying that towards the end of the settlement – I saw my insurance’s detail document of what needed replaced….and I saw the Phoenix detail document of what needed replaced; and of course, the Phoenix amount was much larger. But in the end – I received the entire amount that Phoenix listed and that’s the truth. I know that I would’ve received a fraction of what I settled with if I wouldn’t have had Phoenix. Some people may feel they don’t need a public adjuster and that’s okay. However, I feel it’s right to leave an honest review of my experience, and I want to let people know that it may be worth it to hire a public adjuster.

I want to praise Tom Doughty who came to our rescue after a fire. We had never gone through anything like this before and were kind of in shock; not sure what to do. We had never filed an insurance claim like this and really weren't sure what to do at the time.

Tom contacted us soon after the fire and we were hesitant to go with a Public Adjuster, but after talking to him and researching Phoenix Public Adjusters LLC, we decided it might make our lives a little less stressful if we signed with them. After a terrifying fire at our home early in the morning back in 2023 , while we were sitting in front of the house that morning out of the blue I recd a call from Tom Dougherty of Phoenix Adjusters asking if we had a public adjuster yet.
