Tony Mankin HR Nicholas Carter field support Kirk guy trainer and Trevor from the help room in Sarasota are some of the best people in this company. I hope they are recognized for their dedication and care for us. Even though my deployment was full of grit and tough situations I will say that the people inside pilot who do care make it clear and honest that they are not trying to make it more difficult for us, And want to help us. Appreciate the experience and the opportunity also the training received. This deployment has made me a better adjuster in many ways

BE AWAER -ADJUSTERS -Do not work for this company! The company is awful and will only set you up for failures The payroll lost $1000 paycheck and then took it out of my pay. They didn’t pay out in claims closed and offered the worst admin support imaginable. No one in my class knew what they were doing bc we were not taught everything we needed to know to get the claims closed. We were just thrown out to learn on our own. The fact that they screwed up my first four paychecks was enough for me. Went to the help room and had experienced adjusters help me submit my first estimate and it got rejected twice. I get it fixed but was never paid out in it. Eight claims and they only had one payment on record and I hadn’t even been sent or processed for over a week after the close. Do not recommend working with this company. Go anywhere else but Pilot Catastrophe! Worst company ever!!!

I got confirmation via email and text that I was scheduled for orientation followed by deployment. I drove all the way there after buying supplies and booking a hotel for them to say they don't need anymore field adjusters at this time.

Be very careful, they are extremely misleading. Empty promises and horrible communication. If I could give zero stars I would. The guy who seemed to be "in charge" was very rude and short with everyone.

Maybe instead of commenting call me so I can help, you head down there in person and come thru on the promises your company makes. People invested alot of time and money to show up to a job they thought they had.

didnt pay for me to go out of town nor for trying told them I want to do desk work they still send me field job so I took and gave it shot went to orientation never receivedmy advance my field manager contactedme to see which stat I go to yold her I can't cause I can't afford it she went and did something. Just know I didn't get paid

In early June (6/11/23) my home sustained extensive water damage while I was out of town. I immediately filed a claim through Progressive Homesite and have been extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and communication my claim has received thus far. Living in a partially destroyed home with documented evidence of mold growth has been a real struggle, both mentally and physically, and my concerns have been raised multiple times with the company handling my claim, Pilot Catastrophe Services. Throughout this process with Pilot I have experienced numerous unmet deadlines, often incorrect or conflicting information, and the most frustrating of all, a total lack of responsiveness to unreturned calls and emails. In light of the misrepresentation of my policy, I have asked multiple times for a copy of the contract’s plan language being referenced by them, but have still not received either a digital copy or one in the mail.

For over a month I had been dealing with the first desk adjuster, before her voicemail was abruptly deleted and she presumably left the company. Now my claim seems to have fallen on the back burner and been assigned to a new adjuster, who I didn't hear from until 7/20/23 after she assured her coworker on 7/17/23 that she would call me the following day (7/18/23). Before my claim was reassigned, the first adjuster advised on 7/5/23 that the estimate was finally received from their outside adjuster, but that the estimate and initial payment were being corrected to include the previously provided technician’s report on the water damaged and moldy HVAC system that I gave to them on 6/20/23. This was after being told by their outside adjuster on 6/15/23 that he would have his estimate completed and submitted within 2-3 days. I have been extremely patient throughout this process, even after being asked to resend emails containing the same information previously provided to them. I followed up with my adjuster last week via voicemail (8/3/23) after once again receiving no acknowledgment to emails sent on 8/1/23 that she had told me she would acknowledge their receipt during our 8/1/23 phone call. After I didn’t receive a return call from her I called the number given in her voicemail to call if I hadn’t received a response within 24hours (presumably her supervisor) on 8/5/23 and he has also not responded to the voicemail I had left him last week. Dealing with these issues after 2 months, seemingly no one at Pilot Catastrophe Services cares about my situation or administering my contract in a competent way.

This people are ridiculous, rude and racist. I hope all of the carriers pull out and give there business to other agencies. They will pay you the least out of everyone and micromanage you if you work inside. They lack respect for the employees and they don’t make you feel valued at all. I do NOT recommend the mobile office. Jonathan O. and Greg and both pigs. Oink Oink.
