Update: I talked with joe who was very friendly and professional. The form portion was a miscommunication error but he will provide me with that form. He did address my other concerns. He listened to my complaints and he apologized and asked how they can improve their service. Very happy with his call. I gave it a 4 due to the 3% up charge to use card. But everything else was addressed.

Easy fast in and out service. The young lady that helped me was very nice and did not hesitate to help me. I believe her name is Adriana. She was really helpful great customer service! Really rude lady's, they have their fees for renewals. Which I understand, its their business but they charge a 3% fee to pay with card.
They charge the 3%fee on top of their fees. First and last time
It's not so much about what I paid ,but their nasty attitude and not providing with receipts

I am left that building insured, feeling safe, and happy to have my registration all taken care of!
