My husband and I signed with Platinum Adjusters after a disappointing offer from our insurance agency. To begin with, we were leery since we’ve never had an interaction with a public adjuster. We just didn’t know anything about the process. Friends of ours recommended Farrell Goldsmith from Platinum Adjusters. Well immediately we felt we were in the best of hands. Farrell thoroughly explained what it is that they do. He explained, with confidence, how the whole process works and what could be every step along the way. He was our GO TO person along the way. He totally gained our confidence. And throughout the whole process we knew he was here for us.
Along the way, Brianna helped us as well. And later once the amount was settled upon, she explained the settlement breakdown from an invoice point of view and that it would then be turned over to the checking division.
We received a call from Jo Pinto in the checking division explaining very thoroughly the next steps in the process. Jo was such a wealth of information. She sent copies of the invoices for Platinum fees, appraiser and umpire fees. She also sent another copy of the offer from Tower Hill as well as the complete report from the umpire. We also told Jo we couldn’t have done this without Farrell gaining our trust for the whole process. And because you had your trust in what Enrique could do, so did we. And then Enrique worked his magic just as you felt he would. Farrell we thank you and the team so very much.

Domingo is a 5 star adjuster in every way. I must say, he's not a wimp when it comes to fighting for your claim with insurance companies.
After hurricane Ian, it was inconceivable to get any call back from my insurance company. I left dozens of voice messages & emails to no avail.
