I was struggling with trying to make sense of Medicare options for myself as a new enrollee. Stacy Church at the Polk Agency was amazing by helping me figure out the best options for myself. I am a complicated situation and she was able to find me the best plans and costs to make it work. She answered all of my questions clearly so I no longer feel overwhelmed with the Medicare system. I just left the office of Susan Polk, and I truly feel blessed to have been lead to her to help me with my making Medicare my insurance. The last few weeks have been very stressful with the switch, and now I'm track. I just have one more step I have to deal with and I'll be set! Thank you Susan and her team, upon walking I to the office I was greeted with a smile and offered something to drink. Then within minutes I was setting across from Susan and we getting things going. One major plus was as I sat across from Susan and she was filling out my info and there was a screen showing me what she was seeing and doing!

Stacy Church made starting Medicare easy. She was very professional and made all the confusing/Medicare phone calls the vast amount of stuff you get when you’re about to turn 65. Susan and the people in her office have always been very professional, returned calls in a timely manner and shown me how prices compare with different insurance options. Each year Laurie has also helped me compare Medicare drug plans, as they can change annually. I’ve been very happy with her Agency and have referred many people there and been thanked profusely.

I needed my client to get discharged to the Central Coast and no one would accept him with his current insurance . I called Susan and Sonya and they went above and beyond to get him enrolled that day ( because it was the end of the month & he would have to stay in the hospital another month if we couldn’t change his insurance !!! ) They stayed after hours and found him a plan in which I could also get him a doctor immediately.
They were so helpful and patient !!

Insurance is not fun, but I found out it can be easy. How? I called Susan Polk. She is amazing - really knowledgeable, interested and can spell it out in layman's terms. AND just as important to me, she is a good person. She cares and has a great laugh. Which is icing on the cake. Recommend her 100%
