With as many vendors as a service manager deals with on a regular basis, making those phone calls are not one of my favorite tasks. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the fantastic service I received from Brendan Johnson, our Senior Mechanical Claims Adjuster.

I recently had an issue with my 2016 Volvo XC90 panoramic roof malfunctioning, and although the claim is still pending due to an improper diagnosis from the dealership's service center, Brendan went above and beyond to assist me. He listened to my concerns with empathy, committed to following up with the service manager at the dealership to seek a resolution, and promptly updated me on the progress.

Despite the pending nature of my claim, Brendan's exceptional service has made a significant impact. I truly appreciate his dedication and willingness to help resolve the issue. Fingers crossed that this issue will be resolved!

The awful dealership (Route 46 Mitsubishi) I purchased my vehicle from has been giving me the runaround for months regarding canceling this policy after they added it without my consents. Shelby at Portfolio was amazing in helping me resolve the situation and getting the policy canceled.

I recently sold my vehicle which had a warranty covered by Portfolio. The transfer process was a bit confusing and time consuming to complete. After putting together the needed documents and fee for transfer, i mailed them USPS certified and the post office never delivered them. My 11 year old son had recently passed away and I was overwhelmed , so this task was an unwanted stress in an already devastating time. I called the office in Farmers Branch, TX directly and spoke with JoLynn McCullough. She was so friendly, polite, and sympathetic to my situation. She decided to take on the transfer herself and guided me through the process making it as easy for me as possible. The transfer was completed quick and I was able to move on from the sale of the vehicle. I was so thankful for JoLynn and the incredible customer service she gave me.
