I love working with Marissa....she is so attentive, knows her stuff. Customer service is 200% service and she is the reason I will continue to stay with State Farm...with four kids in my family, she helped in adding drivers as they became of age, so lots of changes to our plan. Worst agent at State Farm. Has mishandled our home insurance for two years. Now State Farm decided to not renew our fire insurance and Preeti was completely incompetent during the process of getting on the state FAIR plan and state farm liability only. First she didn’t mention that FAIR charges a 3.5% transaction fee if you use a CC to pay( which is required in advance before moving to state farm covering liability. Then she bait and switched the pricing quoted for liability insurance. In the end the State Farm portion of the policy was 40% higher than the quote. I am now looking at taking my complete State Farm book of insurance to a different company. All because this agent is in completely over her head.
