Completely unprofessional. Charged me for an extra 2 days. 1st day they said my car was blocked and couldnt get to it and then the next day they just added an additional day saying thats whats in their system. You cant argue with them bc they wont give you your car otherwise. Also, they made a lot of false claims on my vehicles condition. These guys are the definition of having a crook business and yet they make additional money off people that are struggling.

Manager was completely unprofessional and inappropriate when car was being repo'd. Got in security officers face when they were trying to explain the situation. Said me and my friends all had warrants out in are name for no reason. Very hostile guy. He was older guy with the big stomach.

Later found out they took wrong car and did not return it. Will be filing with the police. VIN# did not match.

UPDATE: It has been WEEKS since the car should have been returned once it was found mistakenly impounded. Each day that goes by is a new excuse as to why STILL we have no vehicle. No information as to when somebody will make the long drive to return it. I know it’s a long drive because we had to be uber’ed home 3 HOURS, out of our own pocket, to be “reimbursed”. Haven’t seen reimbursement, or the car yet. We have been ubering everywhere since we got home because they will not return the vehicle in a timely manner, or at this point, any manner. This is the textbook definition of theft. And each day that goes by just adds fuel to the downfall of this entire business. The car was taken on 08/28, has not been returned and it is 09/13. Im starting to believe they don’t even have the car anymore and just run a scheme. Lucky you if you got your car back!

08/28: Let me share since im stranded on vacation in Round Rock, TX apart of a 7 party group, and I was one of the members left stranded after they towed away the WRONG VEHICLE. We told them there was miscommunication, and waited for the police to be involved. Of course, very little the police could do about the situation since the car was already hooked onto the tow truck, thus making it now their property, when the policy of the resort is no towing. They did not care to wait on the correct information. I didn’t say a word during the entire occurrence because i was only a bystander, but the driver claimed i had a warrant out for my arrest? While i’m from Dallas, Tx on vacation and not even the owner of the vehicle? They ruined my vacation, made me stranded and unable to get home until they return the car after their mistake and miss work, and lied and said i had warrants to police officers which was untrue and unfounded when i didn’t even say a word to them. Hopefully nobody else gets the chance to experience another encounter with them and make another bad complaint because they won’t even be in business anymore. They laughed in our face leaving 7 people stranded from home after they close at 4pm, and now have to bring the car back anyway. Everyone involved should and hopefully will be arrested for theft. The investigation is open and I won’t sleep at night until this right is wronged, and neither will the other 6 victims in the circumstance. If anyone reading this now would like to donate to our go home fund that would be awesome because who knows if they are lying about reimbursement too! Don’t hire them unless you are prepared to get sued with them.

Edit: Police report filed with proof of the wrong vin # from the car that was taken, will post another update after the file has been processed

Well of course the circumstances aren't great for myself having my car repossessed. The way the lady made me feel better about my situation and helped me realize everyone has problems here and there and things will get better. It was nice to not feel judged at one of my low moments. Ema was super helpful to make sure i had everything i needed beofre i even got there so there it wouldn't be any issues getting my vehicle back. Highly dont recommend 10/10 getting your car repossessed but if it does hoepfuly you have a pleasant as an experience as i did there with Ms. Ema.

Considering the circumstances, I can say I hope I never have to experience that high level of customer service, EVER, again!!! They were professional, pleasant, empathetic, did I say, PROFESSIONAL!!! Don't want to visit them, in the future, unless it's for everything towing related!! Because of my own embarrassment, I didn't catch the person who assisted me, however, going forward, if I ever need anything towed from my yard to a house, if they did that, if it needs to be moved I'll 📞 this company before ANY other!! Well done, Premier Adjusters! Well done!!

Very, I mean, very unprofessional receptionist is rude. The driver is a liar, so if your vehicle ends up in their hands, beware. Google, we shouldn't have to give a star, especially if the establishment doesn't deserve it just to give a rating. This place should be out of business.

These repo people yanked my car on a Tuesday . I repaid the lender by Friday. Premier closed at 2pm on a Friday, so I have to wait all weekend for my car back. There aren't enough expletives in the English language

IF I WAS ABLE TO LEAVE A - 0 STAR RATING... THAT WOULD BE TO HIGH OF A SCORE!!!

The absolute WORST ever I have seen yet! unprofessional, rude, threatening, excessive fowl mouthed wanna be's that no one and I do mean NO ONE for any reason should even consider using! Lets not mention.... their license that they have posted to their own website along with the supposed BOND are worthless....they expired YEARS ago!!! and if that alone doesn't deter someone then maybe do a simple check with Secretary of State.... YEP, YOU GUESS IT, The business isn't.... I think austin needs to do a deep scrub and flush out these car thieving rings. ASAP!!! before another person is subject to the amount of abuse, the illegal tactic they play, and lies while fearing for their own family facing this horrific nightmare of a so called "company" thats really out stealing cars and laughing about it. *BEWARE**
